Instructions For Use

Rinse the butter mould under lukewarm water before using it for the first time. Then hold it under ice-cold water for a minute; so the butter won't melt and stick to the wood surface. After this, fill the mould with enough spreadable butter to make a small mountain. After 30 seconds in the refrigerator, press the butter onto a board or plate and carefully peel off the wooden mould. After use, the mould can be cleaned with lukewarm water without adding detergent.
