What are factory seconds? These are products that have still passed a quality control test from the manufacturer, but may have been marked on a part of the casing, or has a minor scratch, or any other small defect that doesn't affect the functionality of the product, but doesn't meet the high standard Clock Shop sets to sell the product at full price.
Factory second products are still brand new products, but just with minor defects, most of the time visual defects that are barely noticeable, and would probably form over time to help build the charm synonymous with a heirloom product... it's just had a head start on the process!
