The timepiece features a beautiful cherry case, protected by a bevelled crystal glass visual panel on both the front and sides. This timepiece also houses 2 polished brass weights.

This chiming clock features an 8 day 4/4 Kieninger chiming movement. The chime is the famous Westminster chime. The movement and the case are both 100% German made, ensuring an item of high quality. As this clock is an 8 day mechanism it requires winding once a week. The clock also features an automatic night-time shut-off between the hours of 10pm and 7am to allow you a sound sleep, as well as the option to silence the chime altogether should that be preferred.
