If you'd prefer not to use our replacement movement guide to work it out yourself, our team can identify the correct replacement movement for you by post.

How it works

1. Send your old movement and hands to us. Include your contact details so we can get in touch.
2. Our team will match it to the correct replacement part.
3. We'll send your new movement back to you, ready to install.

Ensure to package the hands safely so they don't bend in transit.

Cost

This postal matching service costs a flat $10 per matching request + cost of the new movement & postage.

Prefer it for free? Matching is completely free if you visit us in store, or if you're happy to work it out yourself using our online guide.

If we can't find a match

In the rare case we're unable to source a replacement, we won't charge the service fee - and we'll be happy to talk you through a new movement and hands combination instead.

Your old movement

If you don't proceed with a purchase but would still like your old movement returned, return postage will apply.
