The 125 gram butter mold (also called butter model) is made from local maple wood. The butter form is angular, it can be used to form long pieces of butter.
The wood is natural and has not been treated with chemicals or oils. As hardwood, maple is particularly durable and well suited for kitchen items like this butter lintel shape. With it you conjure up wonderful pieces of butter on the table in no time.
Instructions for use:
Rinse the butter dish lukewarm before using it for the first time. Then hold it under ice-cold water for a minute; so the butter cannot melt and stick to the wood surface. Then fill the mold with enough spreadable butter to make a small mountain. After 30 seconds in the refrigerator, press the butter onto a board or plate and carefully peel off the wooden mold. After use, the mold can be cleaned under lukewarm water without adding detergent.
