The design of a frame of leaves is often crowned with a carved bird, however this particular clock instead features a deer. A wooden clock dial is featured in the middle of the timepiece, with easy to read roman numerals. The clock also features a timber pendulum that hangs below the clock, alongside the decorative weights. 

The in-built cuckoo of this beautiful clock calls the time each hour, with an automatic night shut off mode that is controlled by a light sensor. When the room is dark enough the cuckoo will no longer sound, allowing you a sound sleep before recommencing again the next morning as the room gets light again.
