Christmas Gift Returns & Exchanges
If you have purchased a Clock Shop product as a gift for somebody else, you may be entitled to an exchange of products of equal or lesser value, or you can return the product/s for store credit of the same value in the form of a gift card, or towards a more expensive product.
Please read the conditions below to see if you qualify.
- The product/s must have been purchased as a gift between November 1st, 2021 and December 24th 2021
- If the above applies, you have until close of business on Friday the 6th of January to initiate an exchange
- Your product/s may be exchanged for any other product of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged product/s is of a lesser total value than your original purchase, then the difference will be refunded to you as store credit in the form of a gift card
- You may exchange your product/s for another product of greater value than your original purchase. If the exchanged product is of a greater total value than your original purchase then you will be required to pay the difference to zero your account
- You may exchange your purchase for store credit which will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card at the exact value of your purchase. Any gift cards you receive then follow our gift card policy.
- You can only refund your purchase as cash to your selected account if your transaction falls within 7 days of the date the product arrives at your selected shipping address. Any purchases that fall outside of the 7 day refund policy which were made between November 1st 2021 and December 24th 2021 are then subject to this gift exchange policy. Any purchases made outside of these listed periods are non-refundable unless they are subject to our happiness guarantee policy.
- The product/s must be unused and in original packaging to be applicable for this exchange policy
