Receiving A Confusing Email

Have you recently made a purchase with us online, and since received an email telling you that you still have products left in your cart or checkout? Don't worry! 

If you have received a payment receipt then you can rest assured that order has been purchased and everything is tracking along perfectly. There are a couple of reasons why you might have received this confusing email. Perhaps you used a different email than your current one at checkout when you purchased the products? Or perhaps you added something to your cart after the order had been completed?

Here's a few steps you can take to see if this email was a simple mistake:

1. Check the email address that this email was sent to and compare it against the email address your order confirmation email was sent to. The most common cause of this issue is that a customer has added products to a cart on another email but then purchased their order using a seperate email.

2. Check your shopping cart on our website. If you added a product to your cart after your purchase but did not purchase this new product then this may cause an email to send.

If you have a receipt of payment then rest assured your order is being processed and you can simply ignore this email. For your own piece of mind you can double check that your order has been purchased and everything is tracking as it should be. Simply log into your account on our website. Here you will be able to see any orders you have submitted with us. If your order is sitting under "My Orders", then your order has been confirmed with us and there is nothing to be concerned about.
