This truly unique pendulum Clock By HERMLE is a fine example of replica of a 19th century Vienna clock, a style of clock which used back boards with the movement attached to the front in order to openly display the mechanisms. 

Measuring 68cm in height, this open design clock showcases a cream coloured chapter ring dial with gold trim, and neat black roman numerals. Behind the dial are the visible moving gears of the clock, whilst a solid brass bell sits above the dial. A complimentary brass pendulum hangs down below the dial, and the entire timepiece is rounded out by a walnut backboard. The overall design keeps in line with a true antique style.

This clock features an 8 day chain driven skeleton movement with a passing bell strike on the hour- a single strike will mark the full hour. The clock requires winding once a week by pulling on the chain to raise the weight.
