The winner of this giveaway will be drawn and notified on the 26th of December 2022. If you have been contacted concerning this giveaway prior to this date and have been asked to provide your credit card or bank details then please ignore the request. We will not be contacting the winner via facebook messenger or email. The winner will be contacted via the Clock Shop phone line (07) 5442 9409. We will then confirm your order number and full name to give you the piece of mind it is in fact Clock Shop contacting you. If you have been contacted by somebody concerning this giveaway and they cannot verify your order number or full name, then it is not Clock Shop. Clock Shop by law is not responsible for participates of this giveaway falling victim to a scam.

The Prize:

A refund of money, dependant on the total value of one transaction at Clock Shop, valued up to a maximum of $500 AUD (referred to as “prize” in these terms and conditions). Prize money will not include the cost of shipping.

An example of the prize:

$350 spent on products + $40 shipping cost = prize money of $350 refunded to the winners account.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Clock Shop to use the winner’s name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, within the limits of Clock Shop's privacy policy (see "Privacy of Information" section below).

Entries:

To enter the draw, simply spend a minimum of $50 on product/s at Clock Shop, either in-store or online at www.clockshop.com.au, in one single transaction. You will automatically enter the draw if your purchase meets the eligibility criteria (see "Eligibility" below).

Eligibility:

You must spend a minimum of $50 on product/s at Clock Shop to be eligible for this draw. Purchases must be made in-store or online at www.clockshop.com.au. The cost of shipping is not included in the mimimum spend requirement.

Multiple transactions of amounts lesser than $50 will not be included in the draw.

Multiple transactions of amounts lesser than $50 that sum to an amount of $50 or more will not be included in the draw. The transaction must equal $50 or more, not including shipping.

A single transaction that equals $50 but the total amount spend on product/s is less than $50 and the shipping cost has brought the total amount spent to $50, will not be included in the draw. An example of this is:

Product value of $45 + Shipping Cost of $9.95 = $54.95 total transaction. This would be an ineligible transaction as the product value is equal to less than $50.

An example of an eligible transaction is:

Product value of $55 + Shipping Cost of $14.95 = $69.95 total transaction. This transaction would be eligible to enter the draw.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces with Clock Shop are not eligible for this draw.

You must provide your phone number during the ordering process. This is so we can contact you if you are selected as the winner. If no phone number was provided then the transaction is deemed ineligible.

If you are not sure you have attached a phone number to your order, you can call email Clock Shop via support@clockshop.com.au, referencing your order number so we can check. Clock Shop can add your phone number to your order post-purchase provided it is still prior to the competition draw date.

The Draw:

The draw takes place on the 26th of December, 2022 during business hours AEST.

Selection of the winner: 

The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. We use the website random.org to draw an eligible entry at complete random.

We will draw a eligible transaction number, not a customer name.

Notification of Winner:

The draw winner will be notified by telephone which was supplied when making a purchase. If not number was provided during purchase, then Clock Shop will redraw until a transaction number is drawn with an associated phone number.

All decisions are final and binding.

Should the email be returned as invalid, no other attempts will be made to contact the winner. Clock Shop is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners.

Distribution of the prize:

Prize money will be deposited into the account linked to the transaction number. Clock Shop will not arrange a different account to pay the prize into.

BE SCAM AWARE: If you are contacted by anybody regarding this draw and they ask for financial information, do not engage. Call Clock Shop directly on 07 5442 9409 and ask to speak to a Clock Shop representative. Reference this draw so the representative understands the nature of the call.

In the event of a dispute:

Clock Shop makes every effort possible to ensure this draw is fair. The transaction number will be used as the only indicator for the winner of the competition, not any other details. This links the winner to a transaction directly, which can be verified with financial institutions, as well as Clock Shop's own means of competition verification.

Clock Shop reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, or modify the giveaway in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official terms and conditions.

Indemnification:

By entering into the draw you agree to release and hold harmless Clock Shop and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly from your participation in the giveaway.
