About The Haflinger Breed

The Haflinger breed of horse is one of the most popular horse breeds. When fully grown, they range in height between 138 to 155 cm tall. Because the minimum height for a horse is 148 cm, Haflingers are usually categorised as ponies, however in reality they are actually a breed of horses.
