This weight shell eye is designed for use with Hermle weights, weight shells, chains and cable pulleys. It features a machined brass M4 x 0.5mm internal thread, with a closed hook. The eye refers to the hole or loop at the top of the weight or shell where a hook or cable attaches. It allows the weight to hang securely from the cable or chain inside the clock.
