Both stylish and functional, this Wine Cellar Hygrothermometer With Hair Hygrometer & Thermometer is 100% made in Germany by world-renowned experts Fischer. This weather station features two separate instruments including a thermometer, and a hair hygrometer to help you keep an eye on the temperature and humidity inside your wine cellar at all times.

Each of the instruments feature a white dial with easy to read information, protected by a stainless steel bezel. Each instrument has been set neatly in a stainless steel plate that can be easily mounted on the wall.

Hair Hygrometer: A hygrometer allows you to measure the humidity. A hygrometer works with either a synthetic fibre or a real hair which either expands or contracts as it absorbs moisture, which moves the needle accordingly. Hair hygrometers are more accurate over certain temperature range but require variation in humidity for the hair to stay responsive. As such, hair hygrometers are not suited for long term indoor use unless put either outside or in a bathroom periodically to hydrate the hair.
