Factory Second Model


This is a brand new clock from Kieninger however this clock was from the Kieninger showroom and has small imperfections. There is paint chipped on the back of the clock where it has been hung on the wall previously. There is also light scratches to black paint on the base of the clock inside the door. Both of these imperfections are barely visible and once the clock is hung on the wall, you don't see the chipped paint on the back at all.

 

An Elegant Wall Clock By Kieninger

Class and elegance are two terms that come to mind with this German made wall clock, representing a truly sophisticated Kieninger design.

Measuring 122cm in height, the unique contemporary appearance of this timepiece is perfectly represented by the curved glass case and the modern style of pendulum. This exquisite wall clock features a silver plated dial offering neat roman numerals and milled breguet hands to tell the time, along with a seperate seconds dial. The timepiece is displayed with a veneer burlwood back panel, with black details, protected by a curved beveled glass case door at the front which can be opened to allow access to the inner features. This timepiece also houses a carbon fibre rod pendulum, along with 3 polished chrome weights.

This chiming clock features an 8 day Kieninger key wound cable driven movement and chimes the famous 4/4 Westminster chime aka the Big Ben chime, played on 8 long deep sounding chime rods, however it can also be silenced manually should that be preferred. The clock also offers the option to play the strike only, or to silence it altogether. The movement and the case are both 100% German made, ensuring an item of high quality. As this clock is an 8 day mechanism it requires winding once a week. The clock also features an automatic night-time shut-off between the hours of 10pm and 7am to allow you a sound sleep, as well as the option to silence the chime altogether should that be preferred. This clock also features automatic beat adjustment and wall adjustment screws.
